Judes mama is a long time friend of my husband, so we knew we had to get over there and get some pictures of this adorable new family.

addie turned 6 last month!! yeah, i am running a little behind. i have been finding running a business, being a deployment “widow”, raising three kids and running the household is a bit much for me to handle.
so my poor blog has been very neglected.
oh my dearest addie. you came into this world in a very scary way and for a whole 15 minutes i didn’t know if you were going to live. we still deal with the affects of your birth day to day, but i wouldn’t have you any other way that you are. it makes you, you. you are growing up so fast and i can not believe 6 years of our lives has gone by.
we have a lot of growing up to do together. i love you.

i know i am majorly behind on blogging! a lot has been going on in my personal life that has made me very behind, on well, life!! i have been sick since late january and finally am better. which is an amazing feeling!

i’ve always said that kansas city is has such a small town feel. i can’t go anywhere without seeing someone i know. so when my cousin introduced me to Katie at a wedding, i knew she was the little sister of one of my husbands college buddies.
she was engaged shortly after, and told me she would never want anyone but me to be her wedding photographer. must be my fun loving spirit!!

addie and her cuteness won me a top 10 spot in the matilda jane clothing photolove contest! i could win a chance to go to florida and photograph their newest line, which would be very exciting! more info on how you can help me win by voting later this week.
charlotte had her 2nd birthday. and her 2nd birthday that her daddy was not here to celebrate with us. i know he would be here if he had the choice!

finally got a couple of tommy. he hasn’t been into having his photograph taken lately!

charlotte. you are almost 2! one week from today i will no longer have a “baby” in this house. you’re a big girl all the way!

you spend your days chasing the cat.

and i hope you never lose that baby curl from your hair.

you also love to “take peeksur” with my old phone. mama takes a picture and so do you!

you always have a dirty face and i love it.

you are becoming quite a fun little girl. i love you!
